1400 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Important Notice

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 1400 ("Platform"). By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately. This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are based in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any services offered by 1400, you expressly and unconditionally accept all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect from the date you first access the platform.

1400 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing the latest terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms apply together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which together form the entire agreement between you and 1400.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access the full suite of 1400 services, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

Account registration requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Owning multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
  • All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 1400 support team immediately at [email protected]. The platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

1400 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time by requesting appropriate verification documents in accordance with Malaysian legal compliance requirements.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a user of the 1400 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to refrain from any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or third parties.

Prohibited activities:

  • The use of any software or method to manipulate game outcomes — including automated bots, scripts, or third-party tools — is strictly prohibited.
  • All forms of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited, including false deposits, unauthorised withdrawals, or abuse of promotions.
  • Using another person's account or sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
  • Posting content that is offensive, obscene, threatening, or in violation of Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the systems or security of the 1400 platform is strictly prohibited.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and 1400 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 1400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the funds used for deposits are your own and have been obtained through lawful means.

Deposit and withdrawal conditions:

  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to 1400's current policies and may change from time to time.
  • All withdrawal requests will be processed via the same method used for the original deposit, subject to the required security checks.
  • 1400 reserves the right to suspend or decline any transaction suspected of involving money laundering or other unlawful activity.
  • In the event of any dispute relating to a transaction, users must contact the support team within 30 days from the date of that transaction.

The platform is not liable for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment service provider when processing transactions.

5a. Limitation of Liability

The 1400 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of content, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 1400 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including:

  • Service disruptions due to system maintenance or technical failures.
  • Data loss resulting from technical failures beyond our control.
  • Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user.
  • Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

5b. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content on the 1400 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of 1400 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law.

You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 1400.

This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 1400 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing those links is entirely at your own risk.

5c. Suspended or Closed Account Policy

1400 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity linked to an account.
  • Violation of any terms set out in this document.
  • Requests by authorities or law enforcement agencies.
  • Anti-money laundering compliance requirements.
  • Holding multiple accounts in violation of platform policy.
  • A voluntary request by the user to close their own account.

6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

1400 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clearly indicated update date. You are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
